Mirabel

Zenzi Wolker

Zenzi (Kreszenztia Wolker) was born in Quebec in 1994 and raised in a multilingual family with strong ties to diverse cultures and communities. Growing up near Kanesatake, she developed a deep appreciation for Indigenous cultures, community values, and the importance of mutual support. Raised in a large blended family, Zenzi learned early the values of inclusivity, resilience, and compassion. Her personal experiences navigating challenges within the education system, including learning disabilities and bullying, gave her a firsthand understanding of the importance of accessible and equitable educational opportunities for all. A dedicated agricultural worker and community advocate, Zenzi has spent much of her career helping others. She has worked with children, including those with physical and developmental disabilities, and has gained experience in customer service, manufacturing, and caregiving. When her family circumstances required it, Zenzi transitioned into in-home senior and palliative care, helping individuals maintain dignity, comfort, and independence while remaining in their own homes. Today, Zenzi balances her roles as a parent, caregiver, agricultural worker, and active community member. She is committed to continuous learning, personal growth, and building stronger, more connected communities. As a candidate, Zenzi is dedicated to ensuring that all Quebecers have access to quality education, health care, affordable housing, and nutritious food. She is passionate about fostering a society that respects cultural diversity, religious and spiritual expression, individual rights, and the dignity of every person. Zenzi hopes to bring thoughtful representation to voices that are too often overlooked while championing policies rooted in kindness, inclusion, and opportunity.

Marguerite-Bourgeoys

Navdeep Kaur

For more than 20 years, Navdeep Kaur has devoted her life to community service. She is a former dentist, holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences, and is an experienced healthcare research leader, entrepreneur, and founder of a nonprofit organization. More than 17 years ago, Navdeep founded a nonprofit organization focused on women's health, empowerment, social inclusion, and the prevention of domestic violence. Through this work, she has listened to people facing difficult circumstances, understood their concerns, built partnerships, brought people and organizations together, and worked to turn those concerns into practical solutions. She has learned that people do not always need complicated answers. They need someone who will listen actively, understand their concerns, and work with them to find solutions. A Lifetime of Service and Leadership Navdeep has spent much of her professional life working in healthcare research, where decisions can have a direct impact on people's lives. Her experience includes: Healthcare Research Mental Health Clinical Research Oral Health Public Health Health Equity Patient-Oriented Research Community Participatory Research She has worked with respected Quebec institutions, including: McGill University Université de Montréal CRCHUM Throughout her career, Navdeep has led multidisciplinary teams and complex programs while collaborating with healthcare professionals, researchers, patients, Indigenous Peoples, and community organizations. Her years of working directly with diverse communities have shaped the leader she is today. She has also developed oral health and mental health promotion and prevention initiatives, improved organizational systems, taught graduate students, mentored professionals, and built experience as an entrepreneur. These experiences have given Navdeep an understanding of both sides of public policy. She recognizes the importance of research, evidence, and careful planning while understanding that every policy decision affects real people, families, and communities. She understands the challenges faced by patients, families, healthcare professionals, and the healthcare system. As MNA, she will work to: Improve access to primary and community care Strengthen medical, dental, and mental health services Support prevention and health promotion initiatives Improve services for seniors, families, and patients Navdeep believes healthcare decisions should be guided by evidence while also reflecting the experiences of those who use and work within the healthcare system every day. Lower the Cost of Living The rising cost of everyday life is creating challenges for many residents. Support Local Businesses and a Strong Economy Local businesses are essential to the vitality of Marguerite-Bourgeoys. They create jobs, provide services, and strengthen communities. As a former entrepreneur, Navdeep understands the challenges involved in starting and growing a business. She will work to: Support local entrepreneurs Strengthen small businesses Encourage economic growth Create new employment opportunities A strong local economy creates opportunities for residents to build successful careers, support their families, and plan confidently for the future. A Political Leader Who Listens Navdeep believes public service comes with a responsibility to listen actively and remain accountable. Saint-Laurent

Audrey Baillairgé

Audrey Baillairgé is a lawyer practising civil and commercial litigation in Montreal. Called to the Barreau du Québec in 2024, she also holds the French CAPA, allowing her to practise law in both Quebec and France. Her academic background includes international studies and two master's degrees: one in Common Law and Transnational Law, and another in International Business Law. Throughout her career, she has combined legal practice with an unwavering commitment to public service. Raised in Saint-Laurent, Audrey is deeply rooted in the community she now seeks to represent. She attended local schools, borrowed books from the Bibliothèque du Vieux-Saint-Laurent before she could even properly walk, spent countless hours studying for her CEGEP exams at the Bibliothèque du Boisé, played competitive soccer on Saint-Laurent's fields from childhood, learned to swim and later taught swimming at the YMCA, spent every summer at the Centre des loisirs de Saint-Laurent day camp before becoming a camp counsellor there, and grew up enjoying neighbourhood landmarks such as Parc Gohier, Parc Beaudet, Parc Hartenstein, Parc Decelles, and the Aréna Raymond-Bourque. These experiences shaped her deep attachment to Saint-Laurent and her conviction that strong communities are built through local engagement. From a young age, Audrey demonstrated a commitment to inclusion and fairness. Alongside her soccer teammates, she successfully advocated for the hijab to be permitted in their league so that Muslim girls could play alongside them without being excluded. That experience reinforced a principle that continues to guide her today: every person deserves the opportunity to fully participate in community life. Volunteerism has always been at the heart of Audrey's career. She has dedicated hundreds of hours to organizations providing legal assistance to immigrants, refugees, and individuals who could not otherwise access legal services. She currently serves as a pro bono lawyer with the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada's Pro Bono Legal Assistance Program, helping protect safe sport and abuse-free sport across Canada. Audrey has also made significant contributions to sports governance. She previously served as President of the Provincial Judicial Committee of Soccer Québec and now serves as an independent member of the Canada Soccer Compliance Committee, where she contributes to promoting integrity, accountability, and good governance in Canadian sport. Committed to defending the rule of law both inside and outside the courtroom, Audrey was also part of the legal team that appeared before the National Assembly of Québec to oppose Bill 1, contributing to the constitutional debate surrounding the proposed legislation. Audrey believes politics should be guided by integrity, respect, and service. She is running because she wants to give back to the community that raised her and help ensure Saint-Laurent remains a safe, welcoming, and prosperous place for future generations.

Pontiac

Will Twolan

Will Twolan is the Canadian Party of Quebec candidate for Pontiac. Having worked on provincial, federal, and municipal election campaigns, Will has built experience in political communications, governance, and public service. He previously represented the Canadian Party of Quebec in Pontiac during the 2022 Quebec election. Will’s roots run deep across Pontiac and the Outaouais, from Allumette Island to Aylmer. His family has lived, farmed, and served in municipal roles throughout the region for generations. Will grew up on his family’s cattle farm in Pontiac and has fond memories of attending the Shawville Fair, spending summers at The Fort (Fort William), and enjoying days at Parc des Cèdres in Aylmer. With both anglophone and francophone family roots, Will has a personal connection to the region’s rich history and diverse communities. Will has served in ex officio roles on academic boards at D’Arcy McGee High School and Cégep Heritage College, gaining experience in institutional governance and community representation. He holds a DEC in Social Science from Cégep Heritage College and a Joint Honours Bachelor in Communication and Political Science from the University of Ottawa. He is currently pursuing a Master of Communication at the University of Ottawa. Will is an unapologetic federalist who believes in a strong and united Canada. He firmly opposes separatism, nationalism, and regionalism, which he believes divide citizens, encourage identity politics, and isolate Quebec from the rest of the country. He believes Quebec has already lost too many years to governments that have placed separatist and nationalist agendas ahead of economic stability, investment, national unity, and the rights of citizens. Will also believes that no elected representative should take their riding or its voters for granted. Pontiac deserves an MNA who will defend the rights of its citizens, challenge laws that weaken Charter protections, and place the interests of the riding ahead of party convenience. He believes governments must uphold the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, not treat Charter rights as optional. Will strongly opposes the routine use of the notwithstanding clause to shield governments from accountability and override the fundamental rights of citizens.

Hull

Danilo Velasquez

Danilo Velasquez is an award-winning community leader, journalist, and volunteer who has dedicated more than 25 years to serving the people of the Ottawa–Gatineau region. His life has been defined by one guiding principle: service before self. Whether through volunteer journalism, community leadership, or public advocacy, Danilo has consistently worked to unite people, amplify the voices of those who are often unheard, and promote the well-being of all. Originally from Nicaragua, Danilo came to Canada seeking opportunity, freedom, and a better future. Canada welcomed him, and in return he has devoted more than two decades of volunteer service to giving back to the country he proudly calls home. Today, he is a proud Canadian, a proud Quebecer, and a proud resident of Hull (Gatineau). As the founder and producer of Quiénes Somos?, a bilingual English- and Spanish-language community social media platform, Danilo has spent 25 years telling stories that celebrate diversity, recognize community achievements, and encourage understanding among people of different cultures, languages, and backgrounds. His work has helped build bridges between communities and foster a spirit of respect, inclusion, and cooperation. Danilo's dedication to volunteerism has earned him national and local recognition. He is a recipient of the Sovereign's Medal for Volunteers, one of Canada's highest honours recognizing exceptional volunteer service. He has also received the Mayor's City Builder Award from the City of Ottawa, the Mérite Citoyen Award from the City of Gatineau, recognition from the Prime Minister of Canada for his longstanding volunteer commitment, and the Canada Latin Awards recognition as Best Digital Presenter and Journalist. Throughout his years of community service, Danilo has worked closely with seniors, veterans, newcomers, Indigenous communities, cultural organizations, youth, and families from every walk of life. These experiences have reinforced his belief that, despite our differences, mutual respect and shared values enable us to build stronger and more prosperous communities together. Danilo is seeking the privilege of representing the people of Hull (Gatineau) because he believes public office is about serving people—not political interests. His campaign is built on listening, accountability, transparency, and practical solutions that improve everyday life for every resident. His priorities include improving access to healthcare, addressing housing affordability, supporting quality education, promoting economic opportunity, strengthening public safety, protecting fundamental rights and freedoms, and ensuring government serves all citizens fairly and respectfully. Danilo firmly believes that leadership is not measured by titles or authority, but by integrity, compassion, and the willingness to serve others. His only ambition is the well-being and prosperity of ALL without exclusion. He also believes that Quebec's greatest strength lies in its people.
