Will Twolan

Youth Wing, Regional Representative Pontiac

Will Twolan, 24, is a committed advocate for rural affairs, Charter rights, and youth engagement in politics. With experience in governance and institutional decision-making, he has held academic oversight roles that reflect his dedication to participatory democracy and effective leadership.

Currently pursuing a Joint Bachelor of Honours in Communication and Political Science at the University of Ottawa, Will is a strong defender of language rights equality, promoting fairness and inclusivity for all Quebecers—regardless of language or background.

In the 2022 Quebec provincial election, he ran as the Canadian Party of Quebec candidate in Pontiac, becoming one of the youngest voices championing unity and equal rights in the province.

A steadfast supporter of rural empowerment, Will works to strengthen regional economies and ensure local perspectives are represented in national policy. Unapologetically opposed to Quebec separatism, he views the movement as a divisive threat to unity, equality, and the democratic rights of all Canadians. He is a vocal proponent of a federal referendum on partition in the event of a separatist vote—arguing that Canada’s future must be decided by all Canadians, not by a political minority.
