Who we are
We are Quebecers who are proud to be both Quebecer and Canadian and we believe everyone should have the right to feel proud of both identities.
Why We’re Here
For too long, the old political parties have taken Quebecers for granted. Too many MLAs sit safely in their ridings, ignoring the communities they claim to represent, while the Quebec National Assembly pushes divisive and exclusionary policies.
We are here to change that.
What We Stand For
We reject separation and division. We believe in a united Canada, a stronger Quebec, and a political system that fights for fairness, inclusion, and real action, not complacency. We already have a Charter, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and we stand by it. We reject the push for a separate Quebec charter that only drives a wedge between Quebec and the rest of Canada.
Who We Represent
We give voice to those left behind:
-
English-speakers
-
French-speakers
-
Allophones
-
First Nations
-
minorities
We listen to all communities and invite every Quebecer to help shape our next steps.
What's Really Happening in Quebec?
Freedoms are under attack. The other parties refuse to speak up.
We are the only party with the courage to stand against Bills 21, 40, and 96
(Law 14). These laws threaten our rights, divide communities, and undermine the values we all share.
A Dangerous Shift in Quebec
Since the CAQ took power in 2018, laws like Bill 21, Bill 40, and Law 14
(formerly Bill 96) have targeted our freedoms and divided our society. These aren’t just policies — they’re turning back the clock on inclusion and equality.
Where the Other Parties Stand
All other parties, including the
Quebec Liberals, have failed to stand up for
your Charter rights.
They supported or remained silent on harmful laws like Bills 21, 40, and 96.
They accepted the use of the notwithstanding clause to override your fundamental freedoms.
We Will Never Compromise
The Canadian Party of Quebec is the only party that stands firmly for bilingualism, federalism, and our constitutional rights.
We will fight every day in the National Assembly to protect the rights that define us and reject all forms of discrimination
